They forgot the Tomatillo Avocado Sauce. Probably needed it. Pork was moist & cooked well. But a bit bland overall. Added lime & salt & that helped a bit.

Tuna is ground, not whole. Tuna is super fresh though. The ground tuna & rice get a little lost while chewing & most of your texture comes from the seaweed wrapper.

Pesto was way too subtle for my taste, ravioli was al dente, and brisket could have been cooked a little longer, let that fat & connective tissue render more.

Pulled chicken burritos. Lots of chicken, maybe even too much. Chicken not really seasoned. Makes eating feel laborious. Love the Chile Con Carne though.

A fairly average taco for Luna’s. Brisket was super moist but also fairly bland. Added the red salsa & a sprinkle of salt which helped. Probably won’t get again.
