Recommend choosing lean end brisket & have ‘em fresh chop, on toasted Jalapeño Cheddar sour dough roll, w/ mayo & pickles. Needed no improvement at all to be pretty much perfect.

Usually comes w/ L&T on top - get on side. Great cheese enchiladas, excellent Chili con Carne, & moat of queso is delicious too. Ranchero sauce is ok but was maybe distracting.

Excellent melt in your mouth pork, oily & rich, melted cheese & sauce really compliments. Tortilla griddle fried, crispy cheese bits! Maybe a bit salty but didn't care. So good.
